Good tent rental, minor delivery issue

We rented a high peak frame tent for our backyard wedding reception. The tent itself was sturdy and looked great, really elevated the space. Setup crew was efficient and polite. My only minor gripe was that the delivery window was a bit broad, and they ended up coming towards the later end, which pushed our decorating schedule a little. Customer service was helpful when I called to confirm, though. Overall, a positive experience and good value for what we paid.

You usually can, but there might be a cutoff date or a fee if it's super close to the event. I changed my order a month out with no problem.

I think minor changes are usually fine, but definitely confirm with them. Major changes might be trickier if it's last minute, but they're usually pretty flexible within reason.

Party Perfect has been around for ages, like since '96. They're really good with the large corporate stuff from what I've seen. Classic is also good but PP seems to have more selection.

For corporate, I'd lean towards Party Perfect. Their inventory for large events, especially tents and catering equipment, seems more extensive. They've handled some pretty big local events.

Nah, you don't. They take care of all that cleaning. Just make sure there aren't huge food chunks on plates.

Definitely not the linens or china. Just scrape off any big food bits from the plates, but they handle the washing and sanitizing.

I think they do, but there's probably a delivery fee. My cousin used them for an event in Fredericksburg last year.

They definitely serve outside Richmond! You'd have to get a quote for the specific delivery fee to Charlottesville though. It's usually based on distance.
